We the members of Nembe Ibe USA, resident in the United States of America, in order to inculcate and
perpetuate oneness, unity, dignity, and pride of Nembe community abroad, propose that we will work
harmoniously with other organizations here and abroad by actively and cohesively participate in the
development and progress of the Nembe Ibe people in Bayelsa State of Nigeria.
Membership of Nembe Ibe USA shall by application be open to all indigines of the Nembe speaking people by
birth or adoption and marriage.
The organization is non-profit and shall not directly or indirectly engage in partisan political activities, but
shall actively lobby private and public organizations for socio-economic developments in the Nembe
commuinty.
