Mission Statement
We the members of Nembe Ibe USA, resident in the United States of America, in order to inculcate and
perpetuate oneness, unity, dignity, and pride of Nembe community abroad, propose that we will work
harmoniously with other organizations here and abroad by actively and cohesively participate in the
development and progress of the Nembe Ibe people in Bayelsa State of Nigeria.
The objectives of NEMBE IBE USA shall be for charitable purposes. This organization shall undertake such
charitable activities that are beneficial to the public interest which include but not limited to relief of the poor,
distressed, and the underprivileged in the Nembe community.
Advancement of education, socio-economic developments, elimination of community discord, and
combating community deterioration and environmental pollution are areas of deep concern and focus of
Nembe Ibe USA. The organization shall not directly or indirectly engage in partisan political activities, but
shall actively lobby private and public organizations for socio-economic developments in the Nembe
Community.
